BCCI announces schedule of series against Australia and South Africa

On August 3, 2022, BCCI announced the schedule of Australia and South Africa’s Tour of India. India is all set to play against Australia and South Africa in the month of September and October. These matches will serve as preparation for the upcoming T20 World Cup. India will start its international home season of the year 2022-23 by first playing a three-match T20 series against Australia and then a three-match T20 and ODI series against South Africa. The Aussies are the current T20 champion whereas the Proteas toured India in the month of June, where the T20I series was levelled with 2-2.
