The latest edition of ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021 came to a conclusion on Sunday after Australia defeated New Zealand by 8 wickets in the final of the tournament. It was Australia’s first ICC T20 World Cup title in the history of T20 cricket. It was quite heart breaking for skipper Kane Williamson because his heart-warming knock went in vain as Australia’s sensational batting performance easily chased down a 172-run total. The world cup of the shortest format witnessed some standout performances from world class performers in the tournament. In this article, we have picked our T20 World Cup 2021 Team of the Tournament.

Even after all this, Warner made a strong come back for Australia in the T20 World Cup where it mattered most and silenced all his critics. He also played a match-winning 53-run knock off just 38 balls in the final against New Zealand. Warner finished the season as the second highest run-scorer.
