The IPL 2024 Player Auction have been concluded on December 19th, 2023. Out of 333 players, a total of 72 players were sold at the auction, 30 of them were overseas players. The total amount spend in 2024 auction was ₹2,30,45,00,000. Mitchell Starc became the most expensive player in the history of IPL. Starc was bought by Kolkata Knight Riders for a massive sum of 24.75 crores.
